The Top Model Europe team hope you are well and is pleased to announce that we have received the dates for the Dominican Republic for the World Finals Men Universe / Men Super Model World 2022.

Here are the first information:

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

1/ The winners of Top Model Europe / Men Universe 2021 and 2022 are selected and automatically qualify for a place at the World Final in the Dominican Republic: LENNY - YENDREL - GARISSON - ENZO - ISSAM

2/ Some finalists or favorites of Top Model Europe / Men Universe will also be able to participate in the World Final in the Dominican Republic. The list of qualified models will be known on Sunday 31/07/22. The models will be selected among the following finalists: ENKI - CHARLES - TIM - TIMOTHÉE - DANIEL - GNALIMYE - DANIEL - KAREEM - MARSON - MANSOUR - ENZO - RAPHAEL - MAXIME - TONY - TREBOR - MOUSSA

The selection of additional models is negotiated with the World Committee by Top Model Europe director Fabio Anderson. The number of additional qualifications is not known.

The selection will be made by the director of Top Model Europe and the world committee, based on the last photos you will be able to send and on your personal evolution following the different advices received. The Top Model Europe team remains at your disposal for any further help in this regard,

THE QUALIFIED MODELS ARE :

DATES

The stay in the Dominican Republic is scheduled from Sunday 6/11/22 to Sunday 13/11/22.
The models are due to arrive in Santo Domingo on Sunday 6/11/22.
The world final will take place on Saturday 12/11/22
Sunday 13/11/22 will be dedicated to photo and video shoots of the winner and the favorites.
Return to Santo Domingo airport scheduled for the morning of Monday 14/11

CERTIFICATE

Models who need a certificate for school or work should request one via the confirmation form.

ACCOMMODATION EXPENSES

For the Top Model Europe / Men Universe winners

The cost of the stay in the Dominican Republic, including accommodation, all activities and meals, is covered by Top Model Europe, Men Universe and Men Super Model World.

For the finalists, who will also qualify to take part in the world final:

The cost of the stay in the Dominican Republic, including accommodation, all activities and meals, is covered by Top Model Europe, Men Universe and Men Super Model World.

ADDITIONAL INFO :

There are no costs for the candidate during the stay. The hotel is all-inclusive.
The activities are paid by the organiser.
The stay is planned in Puerto Plata (200 km from the capital Santo Domingo).
Sunday 6/11/22 is welcome day for the international finalists, who arrive at the airport throughout the day.
Early evening, when all the candidates have arrived, the models board the Men Super Model shuttle for the Puerto Plata hotel.

The 5* PLAYABATCHATA SPA RESORT and SENATOR hotels in Puerto Plata are located on the same complex with a private beach and shared activities. They will welcome the models during the stay in Dominican Republic.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

For the Top Model Europe / Men Universe winners

The return flight to Santo Domingo is at the applicant's expense. A reimbursement of 50% of the economy airfare will be granted to the winner upon request to Top Model Europe. Reimbursement is made within 7 days of receipt by Top Model Europe of the candidate's invoice and bank account number.

For the finalists, who will also qualify to take part in the world final:

The flight to Santo Domingo is at the applicant's expense.

TIP:

Models can, if they want have one or more sponsors (shops, sports clubs, etc.), brands or organisations to sponsor their trip (all or part of it). Sponsorship has a great advantage for the sponsor because if it is official, it is 100% tax deductible. If you are qualified and wish to do so, we will give you information about this.

REGULATORY CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2022 FINALS

1 evening suit - Colour: White (white suit with embroidery or crystals)
1 fashion outfit - Colour: Your choice (Skirt for men + the rest of the outfit as you want)
2 swimming suit - Olympic type - Colour: one black and one red
1 white Calvin Klein briefs
1 pair of classic black shoes for runway shows.

TIP:

Certain boutiques and designers can lend you (or even offer you) outfits. It's another way of supporting and sponsoring a candidate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I would like to extend my stay in the Dominican Republic or visit Guadeloupe / Martinique, ...

You can manage your stay as you wish. Arrive earlier, leave later than the competition dates. The World Committee will take care of you from 6/11 to Sunday 13/11.

Is it possible for someone to accompany me?

The world committee only deals with models. The Last Name of the hotel hosting the competition is communicated. Guests can make their own reservations to reach the hotel.

What's the difference between Men Universe Model and Men SuperModel World?

Men Universe Model is a worldwide competition for sport models organised in the Dominican Republic since 2008. It is one of the top three male competitions in the world and is represented each year by about forty candidates from all over the world, selected by national committees.

Men Super Model World is the new Last Name since 2021. This change follows the committee's wish to accept only sporty models with a fashionable look, as well as FASHION MODELS male profiles of interest to agencies.

Men UniverseIn Europe, the selections organized by Top Model Europe continue to bear the Last Name name, with "Fashion" quality always included in the choice of finalists.
